We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Female Customer Service Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers for problem solving. Candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as managing customer inquiries through chat processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chat inquiries. Provide accurate and timely information regarding our services. Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
