Job Description

We are hiring skilled and passionate Chefs and Commis having hands on experience in Continental and Indian cuisine for Shiliguri and Darjeeling. Interested candidates may share their CV on hrd.nb@flurys.com.

Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by head chefs. Handle food storage and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Support the kitchen team in ensuring efficient operations during service hours.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate or degree in culinary arts preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
