This is a remote position.

We are a leading alternate legal service provider and talent management solutions company in our industry. Our company is looking for talented compliance attorneys (Compliance Administrator) to join our dynamic legal team. You will perform a range of duties including maintaining legal and regulatory compliance registers by researching and communicating.

Role of Compliance Administrator

The Compliance Administrator role is responsible for ensuring that standards are being met by scheduling checks as defined by policy, reporting on the outcome of checks and where appropriate, making adjustments to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities for Compliance Administrator

  • Assist Chief Compliance Officer to design and implement all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to organisation policy.
  • Provide training to all employees for compliance procedures and evaluate application of the same in all processes.
  • Manage all communication with legal and regulation departments to maintain knowledge on all new rulings in organisation.
  • Administer all internal audit processes and ensure successful audit of the firm every time.
  • Prepare and manage compliance paperwork and submit it to the custodian.
  • Maintain all knowledge on compliance in applicable tools and repositories.
  • Analyze all compliance requirements for various procedures and provide necessary training if required and design strategies to achieve all objectives.
  • Manage all communication with various departments in an efficient manner


Qualifications for Compliance Administrator

  • 1-5 years of compliance research and drafting experience
  • Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in law
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding research and interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Experience of successfully working in a Compliance function.
