Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes as per standard recipes.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety (as per FSSAI norms).
Support CDPs and Sous Chefs in mise en place and service.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO method).
Follow kitchen SOPs, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Report any maintenance or food quality issues to the supervisor.
Be open to learning across different sections of the kitchen.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/restaurant/cloud kitchen).
Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred (not mandatory).
Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
