Key Responsibilities
Identify, meet, and onboard potential clients for
commercial property sales

Build strong relationships with corporates, investors, and business clients.
Understand client requirements and present the best property solutions.
Conduct site visits, follow-ups, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, property listings, and documentation.
Maintain an active pipeline of leads and manage CRM updates regularly.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and commercial real estate opportunities.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience
in Sales / Business Development (Real Estate preferred).
Excellent
English communication
and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Confident, well-groomed, and target-driven personality.
Ability to handle corporate clients and high-value transactions.
