Job Description

Manage resources, budgets, timelines, and quality assurance on construction projects. Supervise and coordinate teams of junior engineers, contractors, and other professionals. Create detailed plans and blueprints for infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet structural and safety standards. Use software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D for design and modeling. Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to ensure project expectations are met. Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and documentation for project bids and updates. Stay updated with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Ensure that designs and construction processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Guide and mentor less experienced engineers, helping to build a strong team. Share best practices and knowledge with junior staff while continuing to grow their own technical expertise.
