  • Position: City Captain - Operations

  • Reporting to: Associate manager/ Regional manager


About the Role:


An operations City Captain is responsible for performing administrative and execution tasks to support the organization's daily operations. An operations City Captain must have excellent organizational skills to perform various duties for different business functions under the supervision of an operations manager.

Key success metrics for this role

1. Audit Cycle
2. VIP Appointments Experience
3. Handling the region appointments and reports (Based on requirement)
4. Managing the relationship and operations with the vendor.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & in-house.
  • Manage the Backend process such as Appointment Confirmations, Reports, Escalations & Executions.
  • Responsible for End to end backend support to operations enquiries, Confirmation follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, logistics, weekly reports. Working closely with Clients, Corporate Customers, and internal stakeholders for Appointment confirmation, reports, and ensuring timely action of completing tasks at hand.
  • Well-versed in MS office suites such as word, excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Build and develop relationships with existing and new Clients.
  • The candidate should be self-motivated with their own initiatives and flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands.
  • A graduate or any Degree with at least 0 -3 years of experience in frontend or Backend operations roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Most required Skills: Punctuality, Eye to Detail, Quick learner Team player, Good communication skills Basic computer Skills, Good Writing Skills, Quick adaptation to work Environment, Professional approach towards work, Good work Ethics.


MUST Skills:

  • High school diploma/Graduation.
  • Experience in an administrative/vendor-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience with Vendor Management, Excel, CRM, or similar software is beneficial.
  • Must be detail and solutions-oriented.


Ideal Candidate:
  • Hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to create positive and memorable customer experiences
  • Previous operations experience preferred
  • Customer service skills and ability to interact with Vendor & Customers
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
