We're now in the process of building a brand synonymous with innovative architectural products. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced sales manager who has led a team of salesmen before. Sales & Business Development: developing new dealers, building relationships, negotiation and order management
Numbers-Oriented Sales: You are used to achieving designated sales targets
Team Management: Build and lead your own team of salesmen under direct leadership of senior management
Credit Control: Be responsible for timely collection of payments and co-ordinate orders, payments, logistics as and when required
Prior experience in plywood or related interior products sales preferred
Who Are We Looking For:
You are a fluent speaker of English and Hindi. Any other language or regional dilect is a bonus
You are open to travelling up to 3 weeks a month for purposes of sales & business development
You have a history of stable employment (no frequent job switches)
You are based out of or willing to relocate to Kolkata
