Job Description

- Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors).
- Sales & Business Development: developing new dealers, building relationships, negotiation and order management
- Numbers-Oriented Sales: You are used to achieving designated sales targets
- Team Management: Build and lead your own team of salesmen under direct leadership of senior management
- Credit Control: Be responsible for timely collection of payments and co-ordinate orders, payments, logistics as and when required
- Prior experience in plywood or related interior products sales preferred
- You are a fluent speaker of English and Hindi. Any other language or regional dilect is a bonus
- You are open to travelling up to 3 weeks a month for purposes of sales & business development
- You have a history of stable employment (no frequent job switches)
- You are based out of or willing to relocate to Kolkata
