Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused

Cafe Cashier

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle cash and billing operations efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments responsibly Generate bills and maintain daily cash records Assist customers with menu details and offers Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing Resolve customer queries and complaints politely Follow cafe policies, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good verbal communication skills in English and local language Pleasant personality with well-groomed and presentable appearance Customer-friendly attitude and positive behavior Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS software Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

Minimum 0-2 years of experience as a cashier or in customer service (cafe/restaurant experience preferred) Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
