r .Able to review and comment on construction materials submittals and specifications.
r .Review and advise on new products and specifications, prepare technical specifications in accordance with local and international standards and best practices.
r .Review and improve testing and quality control/ quality assurance of materials.
r .Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.r r
r Qualifications:r r
r .B.S degree in engineering or related field,
r .08+ years of related experience
r .Experience in road and highway projects
r .Excellent communication and technical writing skills
