for Business Development Executive r JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:r Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.r Meet potential Business heads by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network through Lead Generation by Calling, Campaigning and through social site like LinkedIn etc.r Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.r Research and build relationships with new clients and Co-ordinate with client for lead generation to lead closing.r Set up meetings with top management & decision makers.r Plan Approaches, Pitches and making strategies for clients and Sales review after client meeting.r Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.r  r JOB REQUIREMENTS:r Excellent communication skills.r Good knowledge and strong presentation skills for BDE position.r A Business Developer will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.r Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients.r Good personality and excellent follow-up and interpersonal skills.r He / She will be given a Target Market e.g. Real Estate, Travels, etc. His / Her KRA will be on how many new accounts joined with company.r
