Proven client acquisition track record
Knowledge of management consulting, business process consulting, and financial advisory aspects
Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Stakeholder management and ability to build credibility with senior leadershipRoles & Responsibilities: Drawing out the marketing strategy for the firm's growth roadmap.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Strategies to improve brand presence & recall.
Managing social media pages to generate leads from online platforms.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, and pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
Designing innovative strategies to promote referrals and cross-sells from existing clients.
Identifying & associating with various business forums & drive qualified traffic to the firm.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.
Achieving the revenue/lead targets of the firm.
Identifying & implementing ways to establish firm branches across multiple locations.
Identifying opportunities for collaboration & alliances with larger brands, key industry players, etc.
Designing & implementing innovative campaigns on online platforms to generate leads.
Analyze client behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.Industry:
