and involves a

five-day workweek with night shift availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing Parts Information: Assist customers in finding the exact auto parts they need by offering detailed information and confirming compatibility Assisting with Order Placement: Guide customers through the order process, emphasizing accuracy for seamless transactions. Addressing Customer Inquiries: Handle various inquiries promptly and satisfactorily, covering aspects from parts specifics to pricing, shipping, and returns. Providing Technical Support: Offer parts expertise and basic technical assistance to troubleshoot problems and assist in installations. Upselling and Cross-selling: Enhance customer experience by suggesting complementary or upgraded parts during calls to improve satisfaction and identify sales opportunities.
