We are currently seeking a [[Business Consultant]] to join our team in [[Bengaluru]], [[Karnataka]], [[India]].

ORACLE FORMS & REPORTS SME JD

Responsibilities

• Analysing customer requirements and providing technical solutions to problems
• Developing DB applications on Oracle.
• Helping the support team conduct RCA of incidents related to the application and/or environment.
• Generating forms & reports and understanding the integration with other upstream and downstream applications.
• Ensure knowledge gathering & management and interact with various teams to achieve this.
• Applying knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface) for data services and databases.
• Designing and implementing databases with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, ETL tasks, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.
• Preparing system requirements, source analysis and process analyses and design throughout the database implementation
• Defining database organisations, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation
• Advising applications development staff and users on data-base related solutions to business problems, data architectures, database management system facilities and capabilities, and the operation and tuning of databases
• Collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver solutions for business needs
• Provide estimates and contribute to defining timelines & project plans
• As an integral part of the NTT Data Banking Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions with client from a business perspective

Skillset

• Exp: 8 years or more
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Forms & Reports.
• Hands-on with various libraries, objects, menus, packages, functions, triggers, etc.
• Experience in implementation or support of Oracle Forms & Reports.
• Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL.
• Good understanding of Oracle Web Logic architecture/Oracle Application Servers.
• Good knowledge of Capital Market & Treasury domain.
• Having worked in both waterfall & agile methods.
• Preferred: Knowledge and/or working experience of Oracle APEX, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in upgrading both Oracle Database and OFM software, and knowledge of tuning them
• Preferred: Experience in Client conversations.
