Job Description

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

  • Expertise in RCM.
  • Provide trend analysis of issues and solutions to customer.
  • Should have coding certificate (CPC, COC, CCS)
  • Respond to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members.
  • Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance.
  • Provider guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task.
  • Conduct meetings and in-service training to enhance Accounts Receivable knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials to the teams.
  • Ensure complete adherence to TAT and SLA's as defined by the customer
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPAA
  • 8+ years of experience working on Revenue Cycle Management regarding medical billing.
  • Good understanding and working experience of End to End Claim Resolution model
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work in challenging and changing work environment and apply methodologies to best fit solutions.
  • Provides supervision to a small or moderately sized team of operational, production, service or administrative personnel.
  • Administers policies and guidelines that directly affect teamwork activities.
  • Establishes deadlines for completing assignments.
  • Supervised team will generally perform multiple tasks and possess a variety of skills and/or knowledge.
  • Oversees department to ensure goals are met and service levels adhere to established quality standards.
  • Demonstrates highly developed leadership, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Resolves difficult and unique client questions and complaints, through resolution and closure.
  • Provides direction regarding departmental policy and procedures.
  • Provides expertise and guidance on technical or procedural issues.
  • Serves as liaison between staff, clients, leadership and various departments.
  • Strong client service skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
  • Ability to develop operational and strategic plans.
