Senior Executive Finance (chartered Accountant)
Job Description
Your Profile
Prepare monthly financial statements of subsidiaries, holding company and consolidated financials as per Ind AS and Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare workings for submission with statutory auditors for quarterly/yearly audits.
Ledger scrutiny of various General Ledger and various aging from ERP on ad-hoc basis and timely review of Fixed assets register on a periodic basis
Prepare Ind AS impacts working on various business activities and implement on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
Review information shared with Secretarial team for various filings on a timely basis and Review of XBRL filing documents
Review information shared with banks for compliances and APR certificates to be submitted to the bank.
Prepare data required by MIS team to share investors
Your Checklist
Good knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule III of Companies Act, and consolidation of financial statements.
Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in a CA profile.
Excellent in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Microsoft- AX would be an added advantage.
Should be good at ledger scrutiny and analysis of aging of various financial statement captions.
Proven ability to quickly understand & learn new skill sets and new areas of practice.
Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor
communication styles to diverse audiences.
