Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals across the region.
Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels.
Support channel partners/distributors with timely supply, pricing, and promotions.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure strong market presence and team effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, product, finance) for smooth operations.
Handle escalations and resolve dealer/distributor issues within timelines.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting systems.
