Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

AV Technician

to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio, video, and lighting systems across various environments -- including corporate meetings, live events, conferences, classrooms, and virtual productions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a proactive attitude, and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Set up, test, and operate AV equipment, including microphones, speakers, video displays, projectors, recording devices, sound and mixing boards.

Ensure all installations and operations meet safety and quality standards.

Create and interpret

schematic diagrams and signal flow charts

for audio, video, and lighting systems to plan, document, and troubleshoot setups effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent in engineering, AV technology, or a related field is a plus

1-3 years of experience in audio/visual setup and support.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
