We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

AutoCAD Designer

with hands-on experience in the

HVAC industry

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing HVAC design drawings using AutoCAD, generating accurate

BOQs

, performing basic

HVAC load calculations

, and assisting in the

preparation and filling of tenders

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

HVAC system design drawings

(ducting, piping, ventilation, etc.) using

AutoCAD

as per project specifications and consultant requirements. Develop and update

schematic diagrams

, layout plans, sections, and details for HVAC systems. Prepare

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

for HVAC systems, based on drawings and technical specifications. Perform basic

heat load calculations

, equipment sizing, and duct/piping sizing. Collaborate with the estimation and sales teams to provide

technical support

during the tendering process. Assist in preparing and submitting

tender documentation

, technical submittals, and compliance statements. Ensure drawings comply with relevant

ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards

and local codes. Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for drawing revisions and technical updates.
