Key Requirement for the Position

2-3 years of tele calling experience with a diploma or degree


Proven Sales track record with priori experience in tele calling

Ability to learn new products and services and effectively translate them to sales pitch

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable in interfacing with clients

Good negotiation skills and Manage customer rejection

They will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Make calls to existing and potential clients of Varthana to present and sell the Beyond loan offering of Varthana. Will Co ordinate with different vendors to fix appointment for demonstration of products. Will Ensure and track the closure of Demos to the customer Will carry the beyond loan product target for the branch. Will work closely with the relationship managers/ STP team and other function to ensure we Will actively work with the Relationship managers to solicit newer leads and work to close the deals with the potential clients Will work to maintain records of calls/ Maintain Mis and ensure timely reporting of the same * Local language and English is a must
