r We are hiring candidates as Associate Circle Head in Insurance sector to manage Agency business in and around the designated location by handling a team of FLS and maximize performance on sales and quality objectives for the circle.r r r r
r Duties & Responsibilities:r r

  • r
  • Build and drive a team of 8-10 highly motivated front line sales professionals.r
  • Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management process.r
  • Design and execute a sales plan to help the team build and expand their distribution (agent)r
  • network and meet the targets.r
  • Plan and manage the revenue objectives of the branch/unit.r
  • Review teams progress against plan and guide them to succeed.r
  • Ensure quality and persistency of the business.r

r Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:r r
r Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduater r Age: 28 to 38 yrsr r Work Experience: Total 6 years plus sales experience. Out of which minimum 2 years of team management experience is essential.r r Required Skills: Strong sales planning, Team management and High achievement drive.
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Banking, Insurance
