JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

We are looking for Business Analyst who is proficient in handling requirement elicitation process, project planning and tracking, liaison with business teams, delivery partner and IT PMO teams with a track record on working and successfully executing projects in retail lending servicing systems, mainly LMS.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Engage with stakeholders (business, operations, compliance, finance, IT) to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.


- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).


- Collaborate with development partners for finalizing the solution and Understanding


- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.


- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outputs, and coordinating with users.


- Work on integrations with third-party systems such as digital platforms and loan origination applications.


- Validate data flows and ensure accuracy in loan calculations, interest accruals, and repayment schedules.


- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.


- Conduct regular reviews and walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure alignment.


- Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.


- Open to travel to partner locations basis the demand of the situation

- BE / BSc/ BE / B Tech. / MCA with minimum 7+ years of IT experience in Lending domain
