- Design and develop technical solutions on the Appian BPM Suite based on the requirements gathered.
- Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms
- Design data models
- Defining architectural and development standards for the project in adherence to Appian and client's best practices
- Able to do the Appian application deployments
- Performing frequent code reviews and ensuring quality of the overall delivery
- Performing User Acceptance Testing with business users, BA
- Work with global teams, including business users, architects, technical personnel, to understand business processes and system requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical groups, both internal and external

- 3 to 8 Years of experience in Architecture/Design and Development using Appian (Appian Level 1 Credential preferred)
- Experience in Object Oriented programming languages primarily Java
- Experience in developing on J2EE platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Experience in Distributed environments
- Experience in working with at least one external integration, i.e. Web Services.
- Good logical and analytical reasoning ability
- Good team player
- Fluent English communication and social skills to interact with a global team
