- As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- You will also be responsible for promoting our services and products to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling.
- Ability to follow the tele-calling script and provide them with relevant information.
- Accurately record details of interaction with the prospective customers in the format specified.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understand customer needs and promote our services and products.
- Achieve daily assigned leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
