Job Description
Looking for *Lead Voice and Accent Trainer* for ITES/BPO Industry
:
• Provide voice and accent training and learning support
• Floor coaching and mentoring as per the business need
• Conduct excellent training and bridge skill gaps
• Will be a part of interview panel
• Training new joiners on Soft skills and Voice neutralization etc.
• Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance agent performance
• Analyze Audit data, Compliance, Communication & Process related data
Skillset/Eligibility:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and team player skills
• Experience on an international platform
• Minimum 1 year experience as a VnA trainer or as voice coach in BPO industry preferable.
Salary : 20k -28k depends on Interview skills
Free Meal
Night Shifts fixed
(Sat and Sun fixed off )
