Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are looking to start their career in the aviation industry. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient and safe handling of passengers, baggage, and cargo at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter and boarding gates - Handle baggage and cargo in a safe and efficient manner - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for passengers - Assist with the boarding and deplaning processes - Communicate effectively with team members and other airport personnel - Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, on a rotational shift basis.
