Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance:
   - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. 
   - Provide information about our conveyor belt products, pricing, and availability.
   - Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

2. Technical Support:
   - Offer basic technical assistance to customers, helping them troubleshoot conveyor belt-related issues.
   - Collaborate with our technical team for more complex technical inquiries.

3. Order Management:
   - Accurately imanage customer orders and sales orders 
   - Coordinate with the manufacturing plant and warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

4. Product Knowledge:
   - Maintain a deep understanding of AG Group's conveyor belt products, their specifications, and applications.
   - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments.

5. Issue Resolution:
   - Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
   - Work towards finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
   - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
   - Generate reports on customer inquiries, order status, and support issues as required.

7. Customer Feedback:
   - Collect and report customer feedback to improve our products and services.
   - Identify patterns or trends in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements.
