- Coordinate with the manufacturing plant and warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer inquiries, order status, and support issues as required.
7. Customer Feedback:
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve our products and services.
- Identify patterns or trends in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements.
