Respond to Inquiries:

Address calls, emails, and walk-in queries from prospective students and parents.

2.

Counsel Prospective Students:

Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

3.

Manage the Admission Process:

Handle application forms, document verification, and follow-up with applicants through each stage.

4.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of applicants, follow-ups, and admissions using admission software or CRM tools.

5.

Coordinate with Departments:

Liaise with academic and administrative departments for entrance exams, interviews, or documentation.

6.

Organize Admission Events:

Support in conducting admission drives, webinars, campus tours, and open houses.

7.

Follow-up on Leads:

Track potential students through regular follow-ups via calls, messages, or emails.
