Monitor and manage daily attendance for approx. 120 field sales employees.
Track employee msovements through FA software and maintain accurate attendance records.
Download and verify attendance reports from the FA system and cross-check with employee KRA/KPI.
Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues to the senior team for resolution.
Share daily attendance updates via the designated WhatsApp group and resolve concerns promptly.
Handle outlet approvals through FA.

2. TA/DA (Travel and Daily Allowance) Management:
Manage and maintain TA/DA records and claims for approx. 120 sales employees.
Review and process TA/DA expenses for approval.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursements.
3. Administrative & Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of office materials and service requirements.
Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
4. Facility Support:
Handle booking of hotels and air travel for employees and visiting guests.
Maintain and track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) files of office equipment and ensure scheduled maintenance is conducted.
Oversee the printing and distribution of visiting cards and employee ID cards.
Other support activity assigned by manager.
