Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily fund flow and maintain transaction records.
Reconcile receivable and payable accounts and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
Prepare reports, financial statements, and provide periodic updates to management.
Handle banking-related tasks and liaise with banks and financial institutions (NBFCs).
Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns, and update the team on taxation rule changes.
Finalize accounts and assist during internal and external audits.
Ensure legal compliance related to ROC filings and Company Law.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors for resolving financial queries.
Maintain documentation including vouchers, invoices, payment records, etc.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies effectively.
